I am a quantitative scientist with ten years of research experience developing and applying mathematical models to complex biological and pharmacological systems. My experience includes approaches central to model-informed drug development, such as PK/PD, QSP, and IVIVE, as well as metabolomic and bioinformatic data analysis.
As a postdoctoral researcher in Bioengineering and Applied Physics at Stanford University, I develop PK/PD models for phage-based therapeutics, an emerging antimicrobial modality, and QSP models of interactions between microbiome-derived molecules and host energy metabolism. My prior work includes co-developing a high-throughput platform that identified 45 previously unknown drug-microbiome interactions and collaborating with Genentech to integrate microbiome-derived drug metabolism into IVIVE frameworks.
I am interested in roles in drug development where predictive modeling and quantitative analysis can inform experimental strategy, improve translational predictions, and support therapeutic development.
